Processing Time

Currently, I am only offering items that are made and ready to ship. At a later date, I may offer pre-sale items. For those items I will provide an estimated lead time for production. Once items have dispatched you will receive a tracking number for your order.

FAQ

What do I do if I need to cancel my order? Please email me at info@mildredmarguerite.com.

What do I do if my order arrives broken? If your order arrives broken, please email me at the address listed about and I will resolve this for you.  

What do I do if my order hasn't arrived? Please first check your tracking information. If it says it has been delivered but you cannot locate the item, please check with your neighbors. Note - I will have the same visibility into shipment status and you do. I have noticed with my own personal orders that sometimes USPS needs an additional day or two on top of the estimated arrival date to fulfill the shipment.
